LEGISLATION (2023-24)

Each session, my office files legislation that comes to us from constituents and advocates. While we file a great deal of legislation on a wide-range of topics, we believe that there is a connection between all of them: they are focused on restoring equity, reducing harm, and protecting the most vulnerable.

We also believe that it is not our place to file every bill and that it is important to uplift the work of our colleagues who have expertise and knowledge in a wide-range of areas. As such, we cosponsor many pieces of legislation that we believe will improve upon the laws of the Commonwealth. If you have any questions about any specific bill, please never hesitate to reach out.
